Anand lives with his wife, one son and daughter. He is from Hubli, Karnataka, India. He had a stroke few years ago and the medication during the course of treatment affected his kidneys. He is undergoing two dialysis per week.
He was working for Habitat. But was relieved from his job post stroke. This compelled him to take up job as part-time lecturer in a college to meet his ends.
He was and is very active in BYM, EU and SFJ ministries. Even at now he actively counsels young people and encourage others whenever possible.
