In the summer months of 1934, two Swedish women Sister. Annah and Sister. Bergendal sacrificed everything for the underprivileged cause and started several services (Children's home, weaving center, Widows home, Senior Citizen home, and non-formal education) in the remote village 'Karunagarapuri' near Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore.
If you are like me came from that neighborhood, I'm sure you witnessed the great work and the impact.
The work has consecutively been functioning for 75 years, but now it requires some severe renovation for continuity.
The attached pictures show the campus's current state and projected funding required so that this campus will continue serving the underprivileged women in the neighborhood.
